Covers structural, geotechnical, hydraulic, transportation, and environmental engineering. ECSA-accredited. Leads to registration as a professional engineer after completing ECSA requirements.

UCT APS = English% + best 5 other subjects% (excl. Life Orientation), max 600. Commerce, Engineering, Humanities and Law: FPS = APS. Science FPS doubles Mathematics and Physical Sciences (max 800). Health Sciences FPS adds NBT score (max 900). Min APS values shown are Band C (minimum consideration)
