UCT APS min 390 (Band C). Guaranteed admission: APS 450+, Mathematics 65%, Physical Sciences 60%. NBT written but not used for EBE admission. Covers construction project management, construction economics, cost estimation, and building technology. Accredited by SACQSP and RICS. Can be followed by BSc Honours in Construction Management.

UCT APS = English% + best 5 other subjects% (excl. Life Orientation), max 600. Commerce, Engineering, Humanities and Law: FPS = APS. Science FPS doubles Mathematics and Physical Sciences (max 800). Health Sciences FPS adds NBT score (max 900). Min APS values shown are Band C (minimum consideration)
