ISFAP is a blended finance initiative funded by government and the private sector. It provides bursaries and bursary-loans for "missing middle" students — those who earn too much for NSFAS but cannot afford fees. ISFAP targets African and Coloured students at public universities.

Eligibility

South African citizen. Combined household income R350,000–R600,000/year (missing middle). Studying at a participating public university. Grade 12 not older than 2 years.
